Breakfast @ 8 a.m.:
1 cup oatmeal w/water & 1% milk

Cinnamon
1/2 Chopped Apple
1 tbs ground flax seed
Snack @ 10:30 a.m.:
1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese w/sliced strawberries and stevia
Snack @ 12:30 p.m.: (Was shopping and didn't get lunch yet)
2 oz. mixed nuts, unsalted
Lunch @ 3:30 p.m.:
3 cups spinach and romaine salad
1 cup veggies: carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes
4 oz. tuna
olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Dinner @ 7 p.m.:
4 oz. pork tenderloin, baked w/olive oil and balsamic vinegar
8 asparagus spears
1 cup salad w/cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes
Decaf herbal tea

Hi Amy. Yes the burpees make me feel a little nauseous too. They squeeze my tummy and I am not good at jumping. BUT...we do waht we have to do! I just take a few seconds of deep breaths afterward to stop my head spinning.
ReplyDeleteLike you i felt so worn out the first 3 days, nearly went to slee during the day and went to bed really early (for me anyway). Now on day 4 and hoping today will be a more high energy day, but it's nice to know you're working so hard, you've actually tired yourself out. I used to have trouble getting to sleep, not now!
